The IU South Bend Support Center provides primary support of videoconferencing and synchronous distance learning classroom meetings. You may host or join a videoconference in one of our videoconferencing rooms, or from your desktop computer.

Schedule a Videoconference on Your Own
To schedule a videoconferencing room, open your Outlook calendar and set up a meeting. Then “invite” the desired room to your meeting using the room name in the far right column below. Detailed instructions may be found at http://kb.iu.edu/data/awrb.html
